From the fields to the plates

This is a serie focusing on the food we produce, buy and eat. Because it is a basic need and everyone on this planet needs to fulfil it, my interest here is to see the differences and similitudes of the way we sustain ourselves. 

For this is long term on going project I chose to separate it into three chapters, based on all the countries I had the opportunity to visit. The main goal is put in parallel different cultures on a variety of continents and to push the reflection on how the process of food is not so different. I have the strong will to focus on getting people from different horizon closer.
